ST-NA22D

Special nucleating agent for various polyamides.

Our ST-NA22D additive disperses uniformly in the polyamide resin to induce crystalline arrangement and speed up processing.

ST-NA22D has particular advantages in injection molding applications including improving demolding, dimensional stability and mechanical properties while reducing cracking and shrinkage in products.

  • Application Examples

    Suggested for use in unreinforced as well as reinforced nylons. Particularly effective in reinforced nylon with glass fibers, ST-NA22D will produce more uniform cylindrical crystal structure in fiber-filled polyamide resin.
